Travel and Settling In
Visiting Hampton Court
In the morning, you’ll explore the Great Hall and the many adjoining galleries, while keeping an eye out for the ghosts of Henry’s six wives, all of whom are said to haunt the palace. After a spot of lunch in the on-site café, we’ll spend a relaxing afternoon in Hampton Court’s luscious gardens.
A Tour Around Buckingham Palace
We’ll be accompanied by an experienced tour guide throughout the visit, which will take in the Royal State Rooms, the Throne Room, the Picture Gallery and Ballroom, as well as the Royal Gardens. Once the tour is complete, we’ll refuel with a bite to eat and make our way back to the hotel, where you can pass the rest of the day however you please.
Windsor Castle & River Cruise
Having finished the tour, we’ll stop for a relaxed lunch in Windsor, then board a fully accessible boat for a gentle cruise down the River Thames. Once the gateway to the city of London, the river has played a central role in the capital’s development and is the perfect place to end your accessible Royal Tour.
