In 2017 when we set off for our first Limitless holiday to delightful Devon. Since those 5 sunny days spent exploring this breathtaking county, it has become one of our most popular accessible holidays.
And for good reason... Devon has it all. From picturesque meadows and winding country lanes, to the windswept Dartmoor moors and vibrant port towns dotted along the cliff-lined coast, you'll experience the best the South-West has to offer on this 5-day tour.
Our accessible Discover Devon visits the lively seaside town of Torquay, ventures out into the stunning moors, takes you on a coastal steam train ride to Dartmouth, the 'Jewel of Devonshire.' We’ll also be boarding an accessible boat for a memorable cruise through the naval port town of Plymouth.
Your hotel has been selected by members of the Limitless Team for its superb location and excellent disabled facilities. A Limitless Travel representative will accompany the tour group throughout the holiday, providing assistance whenever required. We're also the only UK provider to take qualified carers on every holiday, ensuring you have the most relaxing time ever! Let us take care of everything.

The holiday begins! After boarding the coach at one of our UK meeting points, we'll make our way to the beautiful city of Exeter. Wheelchairs can be secured into place or you can transfer to a seat if you prefer. Arriving at your accessible accommodation, you'll have plenty of time to settle in, before we enjoy a delicious three-course dinner together as a group, the perfect opportunity to get to know your travel companions and look forward to a wonderful holiday.
Today we'll head over to the delightful seaside town Torquay. There will be time to explore this picturesque seaside town, before we enjoy fish and chips on the promenade - oh we do like to be beside...
In the afternoon we'll enjoy Devonshire Cream Tea, where the biggest decision of the day comes your way - do you spread the jam or cream first on your scone?
With plates squeaky clean, we'll then make our way to the market town of Tavistock. If you're looking for a souvenir, you'll find plenty here!
Day three begins with a spectacular scenic steam train ride along the Devonshire coastline, taking in some of the south coast’s most idyllic landscapes. We begin at Paignton, winding our way along the English Rivera before making our final stop in Dartmouth. Here, we'll take a short passenger ferry into the heart of the town to enjoy lunch together.
All aboard! Set sail for Plymouth as today we'll be enjoying a memorable accessible cruise of Plymouth harbour. Known for its maritime heritage, and scenic coastline, your guided tour from the water will give you a fascinating insight into its naval history that spans hundreds of years.
Back on land, there's plenty of delicious food options by the marina to enjoy lunch, before spending a relaxed afternoon exploring Plymouth.
Today we bid a fond farewell to Devon, what a week of steam train rides, cream teas, boat cruises, seaside and shopping. After breakfast we will board our accessible coach and journey back to your local pick up point. We hope you've had a wonderful time, and look forward to seeing you again soon.

Located just five minutes from the city's busy shopping area and grand cathedral, our Exeter hotel is the perfect base for your Devon tour. Featuring wheelchair accessible bedrooms, bathrooms and wet rooms, as well as spacious public areas, including an on-site restaurant and coffee bar, the hotel is the ideal place to unwind after a busy day.

Luxury Wheelchair Accessible Coach
All of our vehicles are 100% accessible for wheelchair users and those with limited mobility. They are fitted with either a ramp or a hydraulic lift and wheelchairs can be clamped into place, so there's no need to transfer out of your wheelchair if that's where you're more comfortable. Travellers who do not use a wheelchair are also welcome to use the ramp or lift to access the coach.
