Day 2 Forest of Dean & Steam Train
Wye Valley
Wye Valley

Nestled between the Severn and the Wye, the Forest of Dean encompasses a stretch of ancient woodland renowned for its biodiversity, early industrial heritage and beautiful forested landscapes. Home to several unique species, including wild boar and large colonies of Greater and Lesser Horseshoe bats, the forest is a delight to explore. In the morning, we’ll head to a local accessible lookout point to get a feel for the landscape and enjoy the gorgeous views.

In the afternoon, we’ll board the Dean Forest Railway steam train for a memorable ride through some of the most spectacular scenery in the west. The train will take us past pretty, rural villages, sweeping wooded hillsides and meandering rivers on a relaxed journey to the heart of the Forest of Dean. Following our steam train ride, we’ll head back to the hotel for dinner.

Day 3 Weston-super-Mare Beach
Weston-super-Mare
Weston-super-Mare

There’s nothing quite like feeling the sea breeze on your skin and strolling or rolling down the promenade, so we’re heading to Weston-super-Mare for a day by the beach. With its long sandy beaches and iconic pier, Weston remains one of the country’s favourite seaside destinations. The Grand Pier is home to traditional attractions, including amusement arcades, food and fantastic coastal views, while the almost endless beach ensures there’s plenty of space to enjoy a little sunbathing.

In the afternoon, the Limitless Team will treat you to a traditional cream tea, with clotted cream, scones and fresh jam. It’s the perfect end to a proper British beach day and a great opportunity to catch up with your fellow Limitless Travellers after exploring the town.

Day 4 Abergavenny & Butterfly Centre
Butterfly Centre

Today, we’ll cross the border into Wales and head for the historic market town of Abergavenny. Perched on the southeastern edge of the Bannau Brycheiniog (Brecon Beacons) and overlooked by the beautiful Black Mountains, the town is known as the Gateway to Wales. As well as getting a chance to explore the town itself, we’ll enjoy a scenic drive through the mountains and stop for a coffee in the National Park’s visitor centre.

In the afternoon, we’ll head back to the hotel via the Tropical Butterfly Centre, where you’ll have the chance to see every stage of the butterfly’s lifecycle, from eggs through caterpillars and chrysalises to the animal’s striking final transformation. The Butterfly Centre is a wonderful riot of colour and spectacular patterning, and you’re sure to leave with a new appreciation for these beautiful creatures.

Day 5 Breakfast & Travel Home
Coach tours

Today, your Wales & Weston-super-Mare tour comes to an end. After breakfast at the hotel, we’ll board the accessible coach and depart for our various UK drop-off locations. Relax, reminisce with your fellow Limitless Travellers and take in the views. We’ll ensure you’re comfortable for the return journey and look forward to seeing you on your next Limitless holiday!

General FAQs

How do I book a UK coach holiday?

The first step in the booking process is speaking to a Limitless Travel Advisor on 0800 711 7112. While many Limitless Travellers contact us knowing exactly which coach holiday they want to book, many also call us for advice. We often help our travellers pick out the perfect holiday based on their needs and interests. So don’t hesitate to get in touch, even if you’re not sure which holiday to book yet.

When you’re ready to book, you’ll pay a deposit to confirm your place. The remainder of the balance is payable closer to the departure date. Flexible payment plans are available, allowing you to spread the cost of your holiday.

You will also discuss your holiday and needs with your Personal Travel Advisor to ensure you have the best possible care package and everything has been considered. Finally, the Limitless Care Team will contact you three months before departure to confirm you have all you need, are happy with arrangements, and are ready for your Limitless holiday.
