To do so, we’ll be boarding the wheelchair accessible Llanberis Lake Railway steam train and taking an unforgettable journey into the heart of wild Wales.

Equipped with fully-accessible pathways, the model village is a faithful, scaled-down recreation of some of the island’s most important sites and landmarks, as well as the daily lives of Anglesey’s residents. With fantastic views of Snowdonia and the North Wales countryside, the village’s cafe is also the perfect place to stop for a little refreshment. Finally, we’ll head to Beaumaris Pier for some traditional seaside fun.
Steam Train Through Snowdonia
Later, we’ll indulge in a spot of lunch at one of Snowdonia’s quaint, country towns, where there’s also the chance to pick up some souvenirs and enjoy the relaxed, rural atmosphere.

Renowned for its excellent food and luxurious bedrooms, it also boasts an excellent location in the heart of the town, just a few streets back from the promenade. The hotel enjoys easy access via a gentle ramp and all accessible bedrooms are situated close to the lift.

All of our vehicles are 100% accessible for wheelchair users and those with limited mobility. They are fitted with either a ramp or a hydraulic lift and wheelchairs can be clamped into place, so there’s no need to transfer out of your wheelchair if that’s where you’re more comfortable. Travellers who do not use a wheelchair are also welcome to use the ramp or lift to access the coach.
