Tell Us a Bit About Yourself: We'll need to know your height, weight, and any equipment you're currently using at home - that way we can make sure we send you the best gear for your needs.

We Confirm the Details: We'll let you know which equipment we're sending, and what the costs will be. And don't worry, delivery and collection are all covered in the hire fee.

Your Equipment Awaits: We'll deliver and set up your gear in your room before you even get there, so you can just roll on in and get on with your holiday.

What are the costs associated with hiring mobility equipment, and are there any additional fees or charges to consider?

The cost of hire varies depending on the product you’re looking to hire, and how long you need it for. Our hires cover the full duration of your holiday.

Delivery and collection are included in the cost and we deliver directly to your hotel. If you would like to discuss the cost of a particular disability equipment hire, contact our team of specialist advisors.

What happens if the equipment I hired breaks down or becomes damaged during the rental period?

If your equipment is faulty or breaks down while on your holiday, then please speak to our tour team. They will arrange for a replacement with our supplier to be delivered at the earliest possible time. They will also support you to manage your holiday without the piece of equipment to the best of their ability until a replacement has been delivered.

Are there any specific requirements or qualifications needed to rent disabled equipment, such as a medical prescription or insurance coverage?

You don’t need a medical prescription to hire disability equipment from us and insurance is included in your hire fee, so there’s no need to take out your own coverage.

Our care team will ask you for your height and weight to ensure that the equipment hired for you is suitable. If you use specific equipment at home, our care team will also assist you in finding the safest option for your holiday.

Hiring mobility equipment with Limitless guarantees an easy and stress-free experience. The equipment is set up in your hotel room for when you arrive and is also taken away after you have left the hotel. 

With mobility scooters and electric wheelchairs, our carers also charge them overnight for you, so you don’t have to worry about keeping them charged.

Our care team takes care of any faulty equipment then and there. If any additional support is needed while the equipment is temporarily unavailable, our care team will be there to help in any way they can.

For guests who are not confident in walking very far, we recommend mobility scooters. Our carers will show them how to use these. 

Please note that any essential mobility equipment that is used in your day to day life will also need to be hired for their holiday for those with personal care packages. Our staff will not be able to assist guests unless they have the correct equipment hired for their holiday. This is a part of our health and safety and manual handling policy.
