Experience the delights of the Devonshire countryside with a 5 day trip on board one of Limitless Travel's accessible coaches. From coastline to countryside, Devon offers some of the most beautiful locations in the UK. This trip is a great way to see all the best bits of Devon in just one holiday.
Each area of the county offers something different to explore. In North Devon you’ll be well placed to visit some of the UK’s best beaches, and in South Devon, you’ll be afforded the chance to visit some of the most quaint fishing villages the country has to offer. Central Devon is home to the county’s capital, Exeter, a city rich in history coupled with a modern, cosmopolitan feel. For those seeking something more relaxed, East Devon is the home of countless hidden treasures and beautiful coastal areas. The county is also home to two National Parks, Exmoor and Dartmoor. Other popular areas in the county include the English Riviera and the South Hams, which are considered among the best holiday destinations in the country.

Dartmoor National Park
Our first full day of the tour will see the coach take us through Dartmoor National Park, home to the famous Dartmoor ponies that are free to roam the rugged landscape. We will stop at the ancient market town of Tavistock, which has a wonderful indoor and outdoor market. We'll spend some time (and possibly money!) here, taking a picnic lunch and exploring the village before we head back to the hotel.
After a great night's sleep and a delicious breakfast, we will head into Torquay. Known as the home of Basil Fawlty and the infamous Fawlty Towers, Torquay is a vibrant Victorian seaside town that has much to offer. We will spend the afternoon wandering around the Harbour where there will be plenty of opportunity to indulge in whatever takes your fancy, be it ice creams, afternoon teas or a trip to the pub!
Oh I do like to be beside the seaside! Illfracombe is a truly vibrant and exciting seaside town that is a must-see for anyone visiting the south-west coast. With locally famous fish and chips, to ice creams over looking the harbour, everyone will be able to find something to suit their palates for lunch. After lunch, there will be the chance to amble along the pier, relax on the harbour side, or do some souvenir shopping, before experiencing an unbeatable view of Ilfracombe's coastline at its famous Tunnels Beaches. Then, we will head back to the hotel to pack our cases and enjoy our final meal of the holiday together.
It's time to say goodbye! We will make our way home, sharing some great memories and enjoying beautiful views until it is time to disembark. Until next time!
