Accessible and friendly
I found the hotel to be really informative before I booked my room and also very accommodating when I arrived at the hotel. Small attention to detail such as noticing people with guide dogs really pleased me. It's great to see a hotel very accepting of people's needs! Few small tweaks such as more handrails in the bathrooms and also spreading the accessible rooms out, as almost all of them were on the first floor, and I think they will bring in a larger clientele.
