Must come back!

Fantastic staff - they were able to help me over the phone before my visit and made my stay very comfortable. I couldn't stop directly outside the hotel, but I was able to stop in the courtyard and there was a wheelchair lift to help take me to the reception area. The luggage porters were incredible, they accompanied me to my room with all my bags and even held my door for me. It was so handy having menus in my room too; especially for me, being a wheelchair user, I find it tiring at times and having that access made life a lot easier! I could even access the gym, there are stairs but there was a lift to take me down to the basement level. Very accessible hotel, just a few tweaks (maybe some accessible parking spaces) and I believe they could easily be a 5* institute.
