Better than expected!

Over the phone I wasn't 100% sure this hotel would be accessible; however when I arrived I couldn't have asked for better service! The hotel doesn't appear very accessible, however they are aware of this and make alterations as and when they are needed! There was always somebody there to help me, and I can tell that with this attitude they will grow and expand their facilities. Would come here again.
