All of our hotel accommodation is 100% disabled friendly. This means that all public areas of the hotel, all bedrooms, outdoor spaces and facilities are accessible to people with a variety of mobility requirements. Bedrooms are fitted with barrier free en-suite bathrooms, with a roll-in shower facility, grab rails, and accessible sink and toilet.
We are able to provide mobility equipment at all of our accessible hotels, including hoists, profiling beds, shower chairs, bed rails, commodes, and much more. Just let us know what you need at the time of your booking, and we’ll make sure it is ready and waiting for you.
In addition to being fully disabled friendly, all of our accessible hotels are located in perfect places which enable you to explore the local area with ease. Each of our accessible hotels serve delicious breakfasts and evening meals which are included in the cost of your stay.
Professional Care Support
Limitless Travel are proud to be the only UK holiday provider to take fully qualified care staff on each and every one of our disabled holidays. We know first-hand the difficulties and anxieties that come with travelling with a disability; from managing luggage to navigating accessible routes through a new city.
We want to make sure that, while on holiday with us, you receive the right holiday care for you. When you make a booking with Limitless Travel, we will ask you a series of questions so that we can fully understand your situation, answer any questions you might have about holiday care, and to identify your exact needs and requirements.
We have several holiday care options available, which have been designed to ensure that each individual who books with Limitless Travel receives the appropriate pre-holiday support, and the highest quality care while on holiday with us. There are:
- Group Support – for travellers who need emotional support, assistance with luggage, help getting food from the buffet or picking things up
- Personal Care – for travellers who need all of the above, as well as personal hygiene care, hoisting, and assistance transferring
- One to One Care – for travellers who need pushing in a wheelchair, care during the night, or who receive 24-hour care

We understand how difficult it can be to source accessible transport for a disabled holiday, which is why all of our coaches are fitted with a lift. Anyone in a wheelchair, or who has difficulty with stairs, can board the lift which will take them into the main body of the coach. Wheelchair users who are unable to transfer can stay in their wheelchair for the journey, with their wheelchair secured into place via tracking along the coach floor.
All of our transfer vehicles are also wheelchair accessible and disabled friendly. If you are travelling on one of our sun holidays, you can rest safe in the knowledge that your transfer vehicle will be fitted with a ramp of lift for easy access, and that wheelchairs can be secured into place via tracking along the coach floor on all of our accessible transport.
There is space for luggage to be stored in the hold on all of our accessible transport, and for some small pieces of mobility equipment too. Let us know what you need to bring with you to make your disabled holiday as stress-free as possible. If you are not able to bring a specific piece of mobility equipment with you, we will be able to source it in location for you.
For travellers who need door to door transportation, we are able to offer an optional specialised transportation and companionship service. Your driver will be happy to help you with your luggage and will make sure that you are as comfortable as possible throughout your journey. Wheelchair accessible vehicles are available, so that those unable to transfer can travel in the comfort of their own wheelchair.
